- Data collection or calculation
A member of staff is defined as having joined the workforce if they were contracted to work as a fully qualified GP in a general practice on 30 September in one year but not contracted to work as a fully qualified GP on 30 September of the previous year.
A member of staff is defined as having left the workforce if they were contracted to work as a fully qualified GP in a general practice on 30 September in one year but not contracted to work as a fully qualified GP on 30 September of the next year.
